Being aware of our natural tendency to avoid change can help us focus on necessary change and discount ‘change for change sake’ syndrome.

One of the key messages in this process is your attitude towards change will determine your perception of its effect on you.

As a leader of change, you will dictate the attitude of the group by creating the perception in the group of what this change means.
